Payment Information

   All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars.

   Supported payment methods are Interac E-Transfers and Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit)


   Credit Card:

     Credit card payments have temporarely been disabled as we troubleshoot some problem!
     You may pay using your credit card using our secured gateway. Please note that no credit card information is stored on our servers.


   Interac E-Transfer Instructions:

     To send an Interac E-Transfer, you must login to your banks online banking.

     Please send an Interac E-Transfer to:

     Email:  sales@thevaporist.ca
     Secret Question:   Name of Company?
     Secret Answer:   TheVaporist

     If the AUTODEPOSIT option is presented, please use it instead of setting a question/answer combination!
     This will automatically transfer the funds and save some processing time!
 
     Do not forget to add your Order# to the comments! 
     Your order number can be found on the invoice that was emailed to confirm the order!


   Refunds:

     We are only able to refund Credit Card orders. Orders made via Interac E-Transfer will be refunded via store credit!

   Underage Purchases:

     We use CanadaPost's Age verification service for every order. If Canada Post cannot verify your age, your order will be returned to us!
     Any item eligible for a refund will be done so with a 50% Restocking Fee and ALL shipping charges will be deducted from the refund!
     Shipping charges include shipping the order from our warehouse to you and returning the package from your local post office to our warehouse!
